The Commission and Maryland State Offices are closed Monday, February 21, 2011 in observance of Presidents' Day.  We will open for business at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, February 22nd.

Amendment to Notice of Proposed Action - 14.09.03 Guide of Medical and Surgical Fees (see our Regulatory Changes page for details)
A public hearing is scheduled for April 14, 2011 at 11:00 a.m., at 10 E. Baltimore Street, 4th Floor, Baltimore, MD 21202.

  ALL WFMS Online Services will be unavailable beginning at 4:30 p.m., Friday, February 11, 2011 for necessary system maintenance and updates.  The outage will affect all public and subscriber Online Services: all online forms, claim inquiries and our telephone claim inquiry service; services will be restored before our start of business: 8 a.m., Monday, February 14, 2011.

We regret the inconvenience and urge all to plan accordingly.
