JUNE 2011 Notices     Go back to Current Notices The Commission and State offices are closed Monday, July 4, 2011 in observance of Independence Day. 28 Mileage Reimbursement Increase Effective July 1, 2011, the 2011 mileage reimbursement rate will increase from 51.0 to 55.5 for eligible travel incurred on or after July 1, 2011. 7 Notice of Public Meeting June 29, 2011, 2:00 p.m. ' 3:00 p.m. 10 East Baltimore Street, Baltimore, MD A portion of this meeting may be held in a closed session. 1 NOTICE -  It has come to the attention of the Commission that some appeals of an award of attorney's fees are not in compliance with COMAR 14.09.06.05B, 'When the issue appealed is the award of attorney's fees, the appellant's attorney shall forward a copy of the petition for judicial review to the Attorney General assigned to represent the Commission."  Please remember that this is a regulatory requirement and should be followed at all times.
