The Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission does not accept documents for filing via facsimile machine/FAX, electronic mail (email) or email attachment. Any document submitted via FAX or
email will not be received by the Commission, will not be considered to
be timely filed and therefore will not be made a part of the record in
the claim. |
