ALL WCC Hearings/Dockets follow the school system closing announcement for the City or County in which the Hearing Site is located (for weather-related closings).  Hearings are NOT delayed when a school system is opening late.

Note: Some school districts announce they are closed for reasons other than weather or regional emergency.  The WCC does not cancel hearings if a county school system is closed for administrative or professional reasons.  If there is any doubt regarding scheduled hearings, please reference this website or the main WCC telephone number(s) listed below to confirm the status of a specific hearing.
Our Baltimore City Administrative Offices are staffed unless there is an announced closing of State Offices.
To confirm via pre-recorded telephone message if hearings at any WCC location are cancelled due to weather or other emergency conditions, please call the appropriate number(s) below.  This information will be the first given when the caller selects 2 from the menu options and is posted only when there are  closings or cancellations and should post by 6 a.m. on the affected day.
