Attention
Attorneys and Proxies: Please do not file a
Medical Controversion until the Order NISI has been
issued by the Commission. The Commission will not be
processing a Controversion filed prior to the issuance
of the Order NISI.

Pursuant to the requirements of the Open Meetings Act,
the Commission hereby gives notice that the
Commissioners will hold the Commissioners' meeting
scheduled for February 8, 2024 in the 7th floor
Executive Conference Room at 10 E. Baltimore Street,
Baltimore, MD 21202, starting at 9:30 am. If you would
like to attend this meeting, please send an email to
Openmeeting@wcc.state.md.us no later than 2:00 pm on
Wednesday, February 7, 2024, to allow time for the
Commission to plan for your attendance at the meeting.

Attention Attorneys

Appeal documents will no longer be accepted in paper.
Use CompHub to electronically submit these documents.
These processes are accessed from the Start New Action
Menu > select: Hearings > Appeal Request, > Circuit
Court Order Submission or Additional Appeal Documents
respectively to upload the required documents. |
