Pursuant to the requirements
of the Open Meetings Act, we hereby give notice that the
Commissioners will hold the Commissioners' meeting
scheduled for April 22, 2021 in the 3rd floor meeting
room at 10 E. Baltimore Street, Baltimore, MD 21202,
starting at 9:30 am. If you would like to attend this
meeting, please send an email to
Openmeeting@wcc.state.md.us no later than 2:00 pm on
Wednesday, April 21, 2021, to allow time to prepare for
social distancing for attendees and to provide
notice of your planned attendance to the building
security. |

Request for Postponement of Emergency Hearing (H-29R
Revised 03/2021) - This form is revised and available as
a fillable PDF form on our
Forms and Instructions page. The form has been
revised to include additional required information. The
party requesting the postponement of the ER must
complete the Certificate of Service with the response of
the opposing Counsel or other parties. As a reminder,
the Commission does not accept form filing via
email/attachment or fax. Please begin using the new
form immediately. |
