MAILING ADDRESS and PRINCIPAL OFFICE:

  • The Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission does not accept documents for filing via FAX, email or email attachment or file sharing platform.  Documents submitted via such means will not be received, forwarded, processed nor retained by the Commission, will not be considered to be timely filed and will not be made a part of the record in a claim.

  • Online filing is available via our CompHub portal
