Our WFMS eNotice service is now available to eligible subscribers. Currently this includes actively subscribed WFMS Attorneys.

eNotice offers fast and efficient delivery of the listed WCC Notices to your email box, providing the information needed to accelerate claim services productivity. We have recently added even more WCC Notices to those available and hope that eligible subscribers will activate the eNotice service after reviewing the posted information and relevant portions of the Terms of Use Agreement. Additional WCC Notices will be added in the future to encompass a broader range of our business and better serve our customers' needs.
Please see the activation instructions and information posted to the WFMS Subscriber Services menu via this URL: .  Subscribers may change their status at any time if the eNotice does not meet needs or expectations.

The Workers' Compensation Appeals page is updated.

Procedures & Forms:
When filing Issues (WCC Form H24R) with the Commission, the filing party must provide specific text if selecting Issue #15: 'Other.'   When only issue #15 is selected and no descriptive text is provided no action will be taken by the Commission.
Issue #15 may not be used to raise an issue that is recognized under another category listed on the form. For example, to raise the issue TT for a closed period of time, use Issue #13; to implead a party, use WCC Form H33R (Request to Implead a Party).
Also, please remember that when filing a Withdrawal of Issues (WCC Form H25R, Request for Action on Filed Issues) in a case that is already set for hearing, do not include a Request for Continuance (WCC Form H28R). Your case will be administratively removed from the docket based on the withdrawal of issues request.
